(6th ONLY) Good morning art club! Change of plans! The meeting for today April 11th has been canceled! Instead, if you are able to make it, we will meet this Friday April 13th after school. See you then!

Attention 8th grade students who are going to East High School- Please see Mr. Montgomery (M9) or Mrs. Zicherman (126) for a East High School Student Council Application.  All applications are due by Friday, May 11th.  

Fiction on the Fox will be accepting submissions through this week. If you have a piece of creative writing that you are proud of and want to share, email your piece to FictionOnTheFox@d303.org  Your piece can be read by you, a friend, or someone else anonymously.  This is a great celebration of creative writing!

Student Council will be sponsoring a spirit week on Monday, April 23- Thursday, April 26th.  The days are as follows:

Monday- Decade day- 6th grade (50s), 7th grade (60s), 8th grade (70s)

Tuesday- Tie-Dye Day

Wednesday- Neon Day

Thursday- Clashing clothes day

Friday- NO SCHOOL SIP DAY

Monday is a competition day!  The team with the most participants will receive a prize.

BOTH: Thompson Types will meet on Thursday from 3:40-4:40 in the 6th grade center LRC.  Grab a friend and come join in the fun of creative writing and storytelling.

7th and 8th grade building -TMS Student Council is working with Bernie’s Books to collect children’s books for an all-school book drive. Please bring in new and gently used books to the donation bins in the LRC. DO NOT bring in adult books, young adult books or textbooks. Thanks for your generosity.

7th graders, now is the time to apply to be a WEB leader next year! This is a great opportunity to help the incoming 6th graders next year and to have fun with your grade-level peers.  See your team leader for an application; they are due April 20.
