On Tuesday, the Thompson Chess team took first place at the Inaugural Geneva Tournament.  Great job team!

Any student in Ms. Gutshall’s PE class, will go to the back of the LRC today. Please bring paper and something to write with. You will not have PE today.

Calling all writers and readers!  Thompson Types is having a very special guest speaker, Mrs. Lorenz, today at the 6th grade center LRC from 3:40-4:40.  Mrs. Lorenz is the author of the published book Wish Upon a Lantern and the LRC director at Richmond.  Come learn all about writing and publishing from her!

8th Grade WEB Leaders  - If you signed up for Richmond and Anderson tours, please meet Mrs. Gary at 8:30 tomorrow in the main office.  Do not forget your WEB shirt!

Fiction on the Fox, a creative writing open mic night, is this Friday from 6:00-8:00 at the Baker Community Center.  Come support your friends from both Thompson and Wredling read their original stories at this fun event!

Hakuna Matata! Come see the school musical, Lion King, this Friday and Saturday. The show is from 7:30 to 8:30 pm in the gym of the 7th/8th Center.  Arrive early to get your seats! Student tickets are $4, adults are $5 and teachers are free!
