Red Ribbon Week

Across the country, several students just like you, are faced with pressure each day. Unfortunately, some students fall to negative pressure, along with their own curiosity and cross the line to experiment with drugs. Did you know that tobacco products kill about 40,000 people every month? That is more lives thrown away than there are public garbage cans in NYC. Please take the pledge to be drug-free tomorrow during lunch. HOPE club members will be there to assist you in making this pledge. Anyone who does this tomorrow will be entered a drawing to win a gift card and other prizes.

Did you know? By 8th grade, 15% of kids have used marijuana. Don’t be another statistic. Join the HOPE club this week and pledge to be Drug Free! Thank you for teaming up to be drug free! Don’t forget to be “Too bright for drugs” tomorrow by wearing your best NEON gear! The most spirited students will win prizes! Remember TMS- Your future is key! So stay drug free!

Halloween is next Tuesday and students are allowed to dress in a school appropriate Halloween costume
